DIGITAL MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
 
 
All materials must be received in an electronic format that adheres to the following specifications:

Art files, layout files and all     fonts must be provided on     MAC fomatted CD

Art, logos and images must      be at least 300 dpi at  the      desired  print size and must      be create in Adobe Illustrator      or  Adobe Photoshop.

Include fonts and images (300
    dpi) saved in EPS or TIFF     fomats

By internet: In EPS or JPG (as     pre-requirements for digital     material)

Submit the advertisement in
     double its final size, based on
     the agreed-upon dimensions.
 
NOTE: Prices given in US dollars. 16% commission for              publicity agencies, only on the price of the ad.
BASIC AGREEMENT CONDITIONS
For new foreign advertisers, material must be submitted together with corresponding payment. Subsequently, once the respective credit approval has been granted, normal payment conditions will be 30 days. • Cancellations are not accepted after the closing date. • Rate changes will be announced 30 days prior to the closing date for which they will apply. • For frequency discounts, advertisements must be inserted for a minimum of one year. For advertisers who cancel or modify the agreed-upon frequency, lowering the amount originally agreed to the corresponding adjustment will be made based on the new conditions. Likewise, when advertisers increase frequency, the respective discounts will be credited. • Since advertisements are accepted following approval by either the advertiser or its advertising agency, Grupo Salpro S.A. de C.V. is in no way liable for violations concerning intellectual and industrial property, plagiarism, reserved rights or any other content or concept in the advertisement. • Grupo Salpro S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to reject any advertisement. Should an advertisement run the risk of being confused with editorial content, the word “advertisement” may be inserted.
